Gaskets have been used throughout the world wherever deep-sea

Sub-X™ Sub-Sea Gaskets are designed and manufactured
precisely and carefully to extremely tight tolerances from
traceable material, with zero ovality, ensuring consistent
sealing – every time.

DNV
Design Verification
Gasket / Seat interference, pre-load stress and resultant
gasket strain are verified by DNV to confirm that an
effective high pressure seal is maintained
between BOP and Wellhead components during drilling
and production. |
Silver Plating
Silver Plating is standard on all Sub-X™ Sub-Sea
Gaskets. Silver is the ideal coating for Sub-Sea Gaskets:- |

Providing excellent dry film lubrication
during the extremely high forces that exist during preload. |

Moving and packing out microscopic irregularities
on the gasket seating due to the Silver’s softness
and malleability. |

Range
Fully interchangeable with Cameron AX and CX Gaskets
& Vetco VX Gaskets. A full range of gaskets is available
for standard and HPHT Drilling and Production applications
in 5000, 10,000 & 15,000 psi working pressure ratings.
Resilient seals are available as standard, in single or
double, should there be evidence of seat damage.
