QUAD CRANK VALVE
The Quad Valve replaces the OEM Upper Top Drive Valve in most OEM Top Drive (DDM) Systems, including Varco, MH and Hydralift. The Quad Valve will significantly reduce downtime caused by upper IBOP unexpected breakdown, and therefore provides major
cost savings to Operators.
The Quad Valve has 2 balls, allowing immediate changeover to the reserve ball when the valve would normally need replaced. The valve can then be changed-out by rig personnel at a planned maintenance window.
OEM INTERCHANGEABLE VALVES
Global also manufacture an interchangeable Lower Top Drive Valve for the Varco TDS and other makes of Top Drive Systems (DDM).
Compared to the OEM Varco Valve, the Global valve is more easily serviced and has a longer overall service span.
