API Sheaves - For All Rigs And Blocks.
American Block manufactures the following sheaves: API Sheaves, Travelling Block sheaves and Crown Block sheaves; available in sizes that range from 12" to 120" and grooved to customer specification. The API Sheaves, Travelling Block sheaves and Crown Block sheaves bore can be made to accommodate tapered roller bearings, bronze bushings, snap rings, or to customer specification.
American Block sheaves feature normalised forged rings to eliminate cracks, full penetrations welds between the sheave web and hub and each sheave is thermally stress relieved.
All API Sheaves, Travelling Block sheaves and Crown Block sheaves are flame hardened to industry specifications.
Sub-drill maintains a comprehensive stock of all common sizes of API standard pattern Travelling & Crown Block Sheaves all certified to API8C. Specials can be manufactured quickly to order, at competitive prices. |
